Welcome to Our Community
Greetings All,
Thanks for taking some time to visit Our Community page. Here you can get a behind the scenes peek about our family, and our family of websites.
I'll start with the family facts first, and then get into our community of websites. We currently live in the Oak Harbor area of Whidbey Island, located in Washington.
We have settled into our new hometown, since we just moved in December of 2006. We decided to leave California for a variety of reasons, but the most important reason, is our son.
He suffers from Aspergers' Syndrome, and we could not get him the help he needs back in California. Since we have relocated, the new school is helping by adjusting his classes and schoolwork to better accomodate him.
We have also been able to find better counselors, and his condition is getting easier for him and us to cope with. Plus, we have found numerous support groups, to help us deal with the stress, of dealing with his issues.
So, we are enjoying a more relaxed, peaceful, and less stressful home environment. This makes things better for me, my wife, and our son and daughter. Life is a bit slower here, there is time to "stop and smell the roses", and all the other beautiful scenery that abounds here.
Now, here is our family of websites, between them and the kids, we stay very busy, and that is usually a good thing.....
The Contractors Group
This is the "anchor" of our community of websites. TCG is the premier site for contractors, nationwide. Here contractors can obtain every form they need to run their companies on a daily basis. The forms are available for immediate download to your computer. You can literally have the form you need, filled out, printed, and in your hand in five minutes.
Diane has taken Customer Service to a level that most business owners can only dream of. She will make changes as a customer requires, to any of the forms, in a very timely manner. Tech Support emails are returned usually in a couple of hours or so, depending on the day's activities and workload.
Diane has also searched the Web to find the best resources for contractors, and has links and info about the best ones out there. This saves our customers hours of searching, trying to find exactly what they need.
Although we are located in Washington, she has forms available that can be used nationwide, several have gone around the world to Australia, Spain, England, and Canada. Diane also has some of the forms posted in Spanish, as it is the second most used language in the world. Or at least here in USA.
In short, if you are a contractor, a homeowner, or a property owner, involved in a construction project, you owe it to yourself to stop by and have a look around. Chances are you will find lots of info that you need, and should know about.
Download Construction Forms
Number two in our community of websites. This site is an extension of The Contractors Group. We are using the strategies and building techniques of SiteSell and SiteBuildIt to see if we can create a more efficient and profitable website.
The info and forms are the same. As is the incredible Customer Service, that we are famous for. The only difference is that we are following a proven "blueprint" for success.
Over 50% of the top 2% of successful websites are built using SiteSell. We will keep you posted on the progress of this site. Based on what can see so far, this site will be winner, just like The Contractors Group.
Aspergers and PDD
The third of the sites in our community. Our son, Cameron, is the inspiration for this site. When we first got the diagnosis, we we floored. We immediately started researching Aspergers Syndrome, and found that Cam was a "textbook" example.
Through the site, we are hoping to offer other parents, siblings, teachers, and others a chance to get some "been there, done that" real life experience, to help them with their own struggles and battles.
Some days seem like a endless struggle, while others are a complete joy.
The biggest difficulty is the dealing with the day to day battles. The constant conversations with the school and the teachers. The never ending list of appointments with the therapists, counselors, doctors, behavioral specialists, and more.
Cross-T-Squared.com This is the fourth site of our community of sites. This is the site for a simple, yet "ingenious" tool I invented for installing suspended ceilings.
The XT-2 allows you to perfectly align perimeter cross tees to the main runner before you pop rivet them to the wall angle. Normally, installers would have to pull their tapes out about a hundred times a day to set the correct spacing, before pop riveting them.
My little gadget saves installers an hour or two per day, and that translates into more field grid installed each day, which means higher profits for the contractor.
Be sure to check this site out if you are a suspended ceiling installer, or, if you know a T-bar guy, let him know about the site. He will be glad you did.
ATV-411
And that brings us to the last member in our community of sites. Here we have been working hard to build the most complete ATV site on the Net. I have been involved in off-roading of one sort or another since my freshman year of High School.
The last twenty years involved lots of ATV riding, repairing, and general tinkering around the garage. We have a mini ATV for the kids, although Cameron does most of the riding on this quad.
Over these twenty years, we have done quite a bit of riding all around Southern California, and now Washington. Most of the time we go with friends and family, sometimes we have even met some friends of friends, and had a blast as well.
The thing we enjoy most about ATVing, besides the riding itself, is the enjoyment of the Great Outdoors. It is always nice to see the scenery buzz by, as you crack the throttle. Here in the Northwest we have some very nice areas to ride at, free of the reminders of daily life. You know, billboards, traffic, power lines, row upon row of houses as far as you can see.
This member of our community will be constantly added to, as we get feedback and email from our visitors. There are links to vendors, clubs and associations, books, videos and DVDs, and everything else we can find, that is ATV related.
So please click on by and see everything that is posted so far, what's new, subscribe to our newsletter, drop us an email, or just say hello. We look forward to seeing you, either on the trail, or via email.
Well, that's about all for now. Thanks for stopping by, and spending some time in our community. As the info about our sites, or family, changes it will be posted here for you to see.
Thanks again for visiting, see you soon....
